Can I change my Excursion?
Yes, you can change your excursion up until February 10th.
How do I sign up for the volleyball tournament?
When you check in at the resort or during the welcome reception you can sign up for the tournaments. You may contact Marni at mepstein@soundoffsignal.com as well to sign up.
What is the welcome reception dress code?
Summer casual. Shorts, sun dresses, etc… be comfortable.
What is the awards dinner dress code?
It is summer casual as well, but some take the opportunity to dress up a little. Most men wear shorts (a few wear slacks) and a nice button up shirt. The ladies typically wear dress slacks or summer dress.
I am having flight trouble, who do I contact?
Please contact the travel agency that coordinated your flights.
I have an excursion question, who do I contact?
Once you get to the resort you may contact Carol Nyeholt. If you need an answer prior to arrival you may contact Marni at mepstein@soundoffsignal.com
Can I extend my stay at the resort?
Yes, you may extend your stay but in order to keep your existing room and our rates, you will need to notify Marni in advance and she will arrange it with the resort if they have availability. You will be responsible for the additional cost and flight cost difference.
Can I extend my stay at another resort?
Yes, but you will need to coordinate that. We will not be able to assist with that. You can extend your flight but you will be responsible for the difference.
When will my itinerary arrive?
We will provide personalize itineraries a few weeks prior to the event.
At which resort are we staying?
Do I need a passport?
Yes, you will need a valid passport and valid 6 months beyond the date of travel. It should be valid until September 2026
What is included and not included?
This is an all inclusive resort so all standard meals in the restaurants and room service are included unless otherwise specified. Standard beverages are also included unless otherwise specified. Resort activities are included unless otherwise specified. All other expenses such as spa (unless requested as your excursion), gift shops, extra excursions are not included.
Can I bring my child/children?
This is an adults only resort SoundOff customer’s and their spouse or significant other is invited.
